  • Reset & Reconnect

    This stand alone interactive workshop is specifically designed to help your teams reset and reconnect. An ideal way to bring your team together before you navigate the year ahead.

    You'll receive evidence-based information and learn skills to use immediately to improve your team's cohesion and wellbeing.

    In this one off session your team will learn:

    • How to check in with their wellbeing using a simple tool

    • How to use values to reset and maintain the course

    • How to sustainably & successfully take action towards their goals

  • Wellbeing Series

    This package of sessions is designed to foster connection, collaboration, and collective growth towards improved wellbeing.

    This program provides your team with the essential tools for optimizing their health and performance. Our evidence-based techniques are presented over 7 key modules:

    • Mastering effective behaviour change

    • Cracking the code of our stress response

    • Enhancing presence and focus

    • Unlocking your performance mindset

    • Sleep and recovery

  • Below The Surface

    Recognising the signs and symptoms of burnout and mental health difficulty within ourselves and others is a crucial part of achieving sustainable wellbeing.

    All team members can play a role in supporting each other to navigate these challenges and create a psychologically safe workplace environment.

    This session empowers individuals to:

    • Build their own self-awareness skillset

    • Identify signs of stress, burnout and mental distress

    • Gain confidence in having supportive conversations

    • Become aware of resources available to staff when extra mental health support is required

  • Review & Refocus

    As the year draws to a close, the hustle and bustle of the season can leave us feeling overwhelmed. Workloads intensify, social obligations increase, and our personal well-being often takes a backseat.

    In this workshop we create the perfect space for your team to reflect on the year gone by and refocus your energies on what lies ahead.
