How it works

This is a 9 week course with a further 3 months of ongoing support .

There are 6 spaces available in each cohort.

Through our evidence based programme you will:

  • gain skills in self-awareness

  • learn practical techniques for maximising your performance mindset

  • successfully implement sustainable wellbeing practices in your life.

The course includes

  • Nine weekly group calls with Kirsten, Laura and your course colleagues. These sessions focus on implementing the key strategies required for sustainable high performance.

  • Three 1-1 sessions to use at your discretion over the course duration to personalise the key concepts to you and track your improvements over time.

  • Three monthly group calls follow our initial course block to ensure you are supported to maintain and further progress your improvements.

  • Online access to our comprehensive course manual, workbooks and extra resources to support your transformation.

  • Support from a community of like minded business leaders as well as the guidance of Kirsten and Laura to ensure you to make the changes you want in your life.

You can't fully commit

We know your schedule is full. We also know that change takes time and effort. This course is specifically designed to help you carve out space for your wellbeing in your busy life. You must be able to attend the initial session and 80% of the remaining sessions to gain full benefit.

You're not ready to change

Everyone progresses at their own pace and you might currently be at a stage where change feels overwhelming and uncertain. That's ok. Think of it as your intuition or inner wisdom supporting you with your needs. We look forward to working with you at another time.

You're not keen on a group setting

Working in this group will require you to share your own experiences as part of the learning. If you’re not comfortable with that or want a more personalised service then our 1-1 coaching packages may be more suitable.
